I, Major NPM Lakshan psc SLAC enlisted in Sri Lanka Army as an Officer Cadet on 24 September 2005 to Intake 23 Kotelawala Defence University and followed Mechanical Engineering Degree. Having completed my basic military training, I was posted to the 3 Armoured Regiment. I served as a Troop Leader - 3 AR, GSO 3 (Ops/Coord) - 53 Division, Squadron Commander- A Squadron 3 Armoured Regiment and Adjutant- Armoured Corps Training Centre, GSO 2(Ops) 61 Division, BM 144 Brigade and GSO 2 (Ops) SF HQ (J). At present, I serve as General Staff Officer 2 (Coord) in Defence Services Command and Staff COllege. 2. The elaboration of my military training is as follows: a.
