A highly experienced Surveyor with over 19 years of expertise in Land Surveying, Engineering Surveying, Runway and Road Construction, Civil Engineering works, and air transport infrastructure development, including legal and boundary surveys. Holds a B.Sc. (Surveying Sciences) with Second Class Upper Division honours from the Faculty of Geomatics, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Additionally, obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Geoinformatics at the Institute of Human Resource Advancement, University of Colombo. Brings over 18 years of service as a commissioned officer in the Sri Lanka Air Force and is a recipient of the Uthama Seva Padakkama for distinguished conduct. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Construction Management Unit for the Hingurakgoda Runway Rehabilitation Project. Additionally, has strengthened leadership and strategic planning skills through the Commanding Officers Orientation Course at the College of Air Warfare, India, and participated in the Indo-Pacific Unity Allies & Partners Engineer Summit (Key Leader Engagement) held in Guam, USA.
