I was born on 11th April 1986 and studied at Maliyadewa Model School, Kurunegala and I joined the Institute of Engineering Technology, Katunayake in the year 2007 to follow the National Diploma in Engineering Science (NDES) from Mechanical Engineering Stream. NDES is 04 years full-time National Diploma and during the academic period I trained at Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Swedish Trading Company Ltd, Air Mech Company (Pvt) Ltd, A.I High Tech (Pvt) Ltd, Lalan Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd & Iceman Technical Solutions (Pvt) Ltd as Mechanical Engineering candidates. Successfully completing of my academic, I joined Iceman Technical Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Kandana as Assistant Engineer (Industrial Services) until I joined the Sri Lanka Air Force as a Student Officer on the 18th January 2013 to the Aeronautical and General Engineering Branch with the 61 Student Officers Intake……. I successfully completed the Basic Combat Course at Sri Lanka Air Force Combat Training School Diyatalawa. I was commissioned on the 18th January 2013 as a Pilot Officer and elevated to my present rank on the 01st March 2022. I commenced my engineering career as a Mechanical Engineer in Automobile Field at Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayake. During my service career, I was entrusted with many key appointments including the Mechanical Transport Officer & Officer In charge of the Command Reserve Heavy Vehicle Pool at SLAF Base Katunayake and the Mechanical Transport Officer & Officer In charge of Armament at Sri Lanka Air Force Base Vavuniya, Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China bay and Maintenance Engineer in Mechanical Transport Repair & Overhauling Wing at Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayake…… I graduated from Junior Command and Staff College, Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China bay in the year 2022. I was able to achieve many milestones in my academic carrier and obtained Executive Diploma in Human Rights from the University of Colombo, Member of Charted Professional Managers of Sri Lanka, and was Incorporated Engineer at Engineering Council Sri Lanka. In addition, I have followed many Engineering and Military training in Air Force and qualified with Special Armament training and Quality Assurance training.
