I Lieutenant HCA Madushanka, NRE 3273 enlisted to the Sri Lanka Navy on 19 Jun 12, as an Engineering Officer in the 52nd intake. After the successful completion of my basic training at the Naval and Maritime Academy, Trincomalee, I proceeded to enroll at Kotelawala Defence University in 2014 to undergo a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Marine Engineering and graduated in 2018. Subsequently, I was assigned to INS Shivaji in Lonavala, India, w.e.f 03 Jun 19, to undergo Marine Engineering Specialization Course for 25 months. Presently, I'm holding the appointment as Assistant Engineer Officer on board SLNS Shakti.
