About Me
I am a dedicated, hardworking and proactive Marine Engineer in Sri Lanka Navy. I graduated with a second class lower honours degree in Marine Engineering from Kothalawala Defence University and subsequently, have completed Marine Engineering Specialization Course in higher standard at INS Shivaji, India. I have solid working experiences at several naval establishments as well as naval ship. I am very energetic sportsman and have represented Sri Lanka Navy Cricket Team in year 2021. I am currently looking for an opportunity to utilize my technical knowledge in a challenging working environment and become a valuable asset to the organization that I work for.

Career Experience
- I worked as the Engineer Officer on the A 521 auxiliary ship, as the Recruit Training Instructor at SLNS Shiksha, as the Marine Engineer (Workshop) II at SLNS Pandukabaya, as the OIC CBRN Unit at SLNS Kawanthissa, and as the Marine Engineer (Propeller and Workshop) II at SLNS Pandukabaya. I am currently working at SLNS Mahasen as the Motor Transport Engineer (Body Repair). In my almost ten years of service, I have accumulated a great deal of experience carrying out my responsibilities, and I have also been able to acquire more in the areas of automobile and marine engineering, both theoretically and practically.
Career Achivements
- Obtained Second Class Lower Division for BSc degree in Marine Engineering.
- Successfully completed Marine Engineering Specialization Course in higher standard at INS Shivaji, India.
- Represented Sri Lanka Navy Cricket team in year 2018 and 2023.
- Charted Engineer of Marine Engineering Division in the Institution of Engineering - India (AM1915795).
