REMOTELY OPERATED DIGITAL SCORE BOARD
Multifunctional low-cost digital scoreboard for sport complex at Naval Maritime Academy was designed by ENDC. User can log into control page of the scoreboard through mobile application & control it wirelessly. Multifunctional digital scoreboard is an electronic display system that facilitates the display of score, time, names, and many other data in digital format during outdoor and indoor events. Previously all the information during an event or a sport is displayed in manually operated displays, and also some of the important information were not displayed due to non-availability of multifunctional display. At certain times this information are critical in competitions as teams usually strategize their game play on key factors related to the information displayed on the scoreboard.
Designed system is capable of displaying information in real time with remote operating facility. This panels was designed to control through microcontroller and design a web page for operator to control the score board wirelessly through the Graphical User Interface (GUI).The unit cost for the design of score board was 100,000.00 whereas the Similar unit will cost Rs.800,000.00 the market.
